Our evening in Lyon was spent at a Michelin recommended restaurant.  32nd floor of the Raddison Blu Hotel. For starters: fabulous view. We enjoyed the day to evening transition in the lighting. This was a pris fixe meal, with a 3-course wine paring. Not bad!!

The photos here: the menu at Celest, the view, a few of the courses. All small, and yet too much to eat and not enough space left at the end to add the cheese course. Wish we had been able to do that, but … alas; we were full “up to here”. A truly lovely evening in Lyon and we had to roll ourselves out to the Uber car at the end!
